Ashley is a registered dietitian who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Florida State University and her Master’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her professional specialties include nutrition for healthy blood sugars, weight management, and plant-based meal plans.
Ashley’s research on the dietary habits of women, infants, and children has been published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, and her most recent work with farmers’ markets was featured in TIME magazine. Her passion is to empower individuals to reach their goals through evidence-based, achievable lifestyle modifications.
Ashley grew up in Naples and lives there with her dog, Jay. She enjoys walks on the beach, yoga, cycling, and is always ready to travel.
